Are Whiting American Cape fly fishing feathers safe to use as hair extensions?

Are Whiting American Cape fly fishing feathers safe to use as hair extensions? If yes, then wear can I buy them where the are instock (not ebay). If no, then what is another brand that I can use. I understand I can buy ones already for the hair but I would like to dye them and everything myself.

Absolutely! That is actually what we used at my salon until the corporation sent us commercial plume feathers. You can buy them at any fly fishing store. But beware, most of the time, the animal’s skin is still attached to the feathers. So, don’t freak out! Lol.
