Your fishing trip with Island Angler Charters will be a trip to remember. Come aboard and spend some quality time fishing on the beautiful waters of the Golden Isles. The Golden Isles of Georgia offers warm weather year round and abundant fishing opportunities.
Offshore and inshore fishing around the Golden Isles offers many species of fish. Some swim the surface, deep in the water, and on the bottom of the ocean. Captain Andy understands the feeding patterns of the fish and knows where and how to catch them.
We offer fishing trips lasting from 2 to 8 hours. We offer off-shore fishing trips as well as in-shore and near-shore trips. From redfish and trout to tarpon and sharks to king fish and cobia, we offer a wide variety of trips. Individuals, groups and families are welcome.2 hour trip – Join Captain Andy on a near shore trip that is designed to introduce younger anglers to the fun of fishing. Junior anglers and their parents can enjoy catching whiting, small sharks and numerous other fish in the safe and calm nearshore and inshore waters of coastal Georgia. This trip provides excellent opportunities for enjoying the natural beauty of coastal Georgia-we often see dolphins, sea turtles, ospreys and bald eagles while out on the coastal waters.

4 hour trip – This trip features both inshore and nearshore locations depending on the species fished for. We can schedule this trip either morning or afternoon, but morning is generally preferred during the summer because of weather conditions. Inshore targets include trout, redfish, and flounder. Near shore targets include whiting, blue fish or Spanish Mackarel. Shark and Tarpon are a popular trip for the angler who is looking for maximum excitement.

6 hour trip – This trip provides more Fishing Time than the four trip. This trip is customized according to the season and interest of the angler. Targets include shark and tarpon nearshore or we can go further offshore to the reefs and target king mackerel, cobia and Spanish mackerel. Sheepshead and black sea bass are a possibility during the spring. A popular spring and fall option is catch and release fishing for bull red fish on the rips and bars nearshore.

8 hour trip – These trips are customized according to the wishes of the angler and the season. Possibilities include offshore trips to the reefs 20-30 miles offshore. For more information please contact Captain Andy Hicks to discuss specifics.

All trips are for a maximum of 6 people. We provide bait, ice and fishing tackle. Please feel free to bring beverages and snacks. We provide all licenses. Please contact us if you have any questions. Sunscreen is always recommended!
